Qualifications

• Experience in Personal Lines Property & Casualty Insurance (home, auto, umbrella).
• Active Florida Property & Casualty license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to service multiple client accounts.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted contact for personal lines clients with timely follow-up.
• Review accounts to recommend coverage enhancements and discounts.
• Manage endorsements, renewals, and billing questions.
• Remarket and re-quote policies for competitive pricing.
• Collaborate with sales agents, carriers, and internal teams to support retention and growth.
• Maintain accurate account documentation for compliance.
