Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted contact for personal lines clients with responsive, high-quality service.
• Review accounts and advise on coverage enhancements, discounts, and changes.
• Manage endorsements, renewals, billing questions, and service requests.
• Remarket and re-quote policies to stay competitive and appropriate.
• Collaborate with agents, carriers, and internal teams to support retention.
• Maintain accurate policy documentation for compliance.
