Job summary

Brand and Britt Insurance in Georgia seeks a Personal Lines Account Manager to service and retain an established book of personal lines clients. This is an in-office, full-time role (40 hours/wk) with a Monday–Friday schedule, supporting home, auto, umbrella policies and more.

You will manage policy changes, renewals and inquiries, coordinate with producers, and maintain accurate records in the agency management system. Prior personal lines experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of personal lines insurance experience preferred.
• Active Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain quickly).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with agency management systems (Applied Epic) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of personal lines accounts (home, auto, umbrella, etc.).
• Handle policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner.
• Review coverages and identify opportunities to improve protection.
• Remarket policies when necessary to maintain competitive pricing.
• Work closely with producers to support client needs and retention.
• Process certificates, ID cards, and other policy documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system.
