Job summary

Hardegree Insurance Agency in Sandy Springs, GA is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support our producers and service personal lines accounts. You will manage renewals, policy changes, and coverage inquiries, and market renewals to carriers for best rates and coverage.

Ideal candidates will hold a GA Property & Casualty license, have 3+ years in an independent agency, have AMS360 experience, and possess strong communication and client-service skills.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Property & Casualty license is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing personal lines in an independent agency.
• Experience with AMS360 or similar agency management system.
• Strong knowledge of homeowners, auto and umbrella coverages.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Ability to review policies and handle billing issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for established personal lines clients, managing renewals, policy changes and coverage inquiries.
• Market renewal accounts to various carriers to secure competitive rates and coverage options.
• Identify gaps in coverage and suggest policy enhancements to better protect clients.
• Review policies for accuracy and address complex billing issues as they arise.
• Document all client interactions to maintain a clear service record and advice provided.
• New business sales are encouraged but not required; commission is paid on new business.
