Job summary

Lemon-Mohler Insurance Agency in Ocean Springs, MS is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to steward client relationships with carriers, manage renewals, policy changes, and new business while owning a robust book of business.

You will work with a supportive team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, in-office 40 hours per week, with comprehensive benefits and a culture built on integrity and community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Personal Lines account management experience.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CISR designation preferred (or willingness to pursue).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in-office, 40 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewals for designated accounts, starting 60 days out and delivering renewals/binders within 30 days of receipt.
• Handle policy changes, endorsements, and new policy requests from clients - completing changes within 2 days of receipt.
• Review renewal accounts to identify additional coverage opportunities and cross-sell.
• Bind policies and endorsements; determine appropriate carrier placement.
• Process terminations, cancellations, and premium collection.
• Document all client and carrier communications in ImageRight.
• Actively generate referrals and new business from your existing client base.
