Job summary

Connor & Gallagher OneSource (CGO) is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team in a client-focused role. You will serve as the trusted advisor to personal insurance clients, handling endorsements, renewals, and billing while partnering with carriers to deliver tailored coverage.

The role requires at least 5 years in personal lines, proficiency with Applied Epic AMS, and an active Property & Casualty license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Personal Lines experience in an independent agency, brokerage, or carrier environment.
• Strong knowledge of personal lines coverages (homeowners, auto, umbrella, RV).
• Experience rating and quoting with multiple carriers.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for personal lines clients.
• Manage endorsements, billing inquiries, policy changes, renewals, and coverage questions.
• Review programs and identify opportunities to improve coverage and value.
• Market and rate accounts with multiple carriers for competitive options.
• Present coverage and pricing and help clients understand options.
• Maintain accurate client records in Applied Epic.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and carrier partners.
• Deliver high responsiveness, professionalism, and customer care.
• Collaborate with team for a seamless client experience.

Connor & Gallagher OneSource is seeking an experienced and client-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and helping clients protect what matters most, we'd love to talk with you.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our personal insurance clients, providing exceptional service while managing and retaining a book of business. You'll work closely with clients and carrier partners to deliver insurance solutions that fit their unique needs.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary contact for personal lines clients.
• Manage day-to-day service requests including endorsements, billing inquiries, policy changes, renewals, and coverage questions.
• Review insurance programs and identify opportunities to improve coverage and value.
• Market and rate accounts with multiple insurance carriers to find competitive coverage options.
• Present coverage and pricing comparisons while helping clients understand their options.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation within Applied Epic.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners.
• Deliver a high level of responsiveness, professionalism, and customer care.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Personal Lines insurance experience within an independent agency, brokerage, or insurance carrier environment.
• Experience working in Applied Epic Agency Management System (AMS).
• Proven experience rating and quoting business with multiple insurance carriers.
• Strong knowledge of personal lines coverages, including homeowners, auto, umbrella, and recreational vehicle policies.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Active Property & Casualty license, or ability to obtain one promptly if required by state regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Insurance designations such as CISR, CIC, or similar.
• Experience working in an independent insurance agency.
