The Jonus Group is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team in Wisconsin. You will be responsible for A-Z servicing of standard personal lines accounts, handling new and renewal quotes, and delivering exceptional customer service to clients while maintaining detailed records in Epic.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
• Proficiency with Epic software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle both new and renewal business quoting.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
