Job summary

The Jonus Group in the United States is seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and supportive team. The role focuses on renewals, onboarding new accounts, and processing policies for high-net-worth and mass affluent clients.

You will manage policy renewals (home, auto, umbrella), quote and bind new business when needed, and use EPIC software to maintain accurate records. A Property & Casualty license and 3+ years of personal lines experience are required, with

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines account management.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience with EPIC software; familiarity with Mercury and Safeco carriers.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Compensation Package

• Salary: $75,000 annually
• Equipment Provided: Laptop, keyboard, mouse, printer, and two monitors

Responsibilities

• Manage renewals for high-net-worth and mass affluent accounts, including home, auto, and umbrella policies with premiums averaging $7,000–$10,000
• Onboard new accounts and ensure a seamless client experience
• Quote and bind new and renewal business as needed
• Process and bind excess and surplus policies
• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines account management, preferably in smaller agencies with a family-oriented culture
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software and familiarity with carriers such as Mercury and Safeco
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset
• Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in smaller agencies who are comfortable working in an autonomous, non-micromanaged environment
