Job summary

The Hilb Group, LLC is hiring a Personal Lines Account Manager for our Hubbard, TX agency. This in-office role focuses on client retention, product knowledge, and delivering elite service to our loyal customers.

You will discuss product offerings, maintain accurate records, and support growth by expanding current accounts while adhering to agency standards and procedures. This position rewards organization, initiative, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed to write Property & Casualty insurance in Texas.
• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a plus.
• Previous Insurance sales, customer service, or related experience.
• Highly motivated, organized and able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Experience with Windows-based computer applications.
• Able to thrive in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and strive to be error free.
• Self-starter that is able to complete tasks independently.
• Reliable and timely attendance day in and day out.
