Job summary

Paul T Taeschler & Associates is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support producers and loyal clients in a remote role with occasional in-person team meetings in New Jersey.

Responsibilities include preparing policy quotes, handling billing inquiries, reviewing renewals and coverages, processing endorsements, and addressing client claims while building strong relationships with producers and underwriters.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in personal lines insurance customer service required.
• P&C license required.
• Agency management experience preferred, AMS360 preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and make decisions independently.
• Agency-side experience preferred.

We are an independent insurance agency looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to handle a range of client needs. Our agency is seeking an efficient and experienced individual to join our team in supporting our producers and our loyal clients. This will be a remote-based position with occasional in-person team meetings.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Preparing policy quotes for producers
• Responding to billing inquiries from clients
• Reviewing policy renewals and coverages with insured
• Processing personal lines endorsements
• Fielding client claims inquiries
• Building and maintaining relationships with producers, clients, and underwriters

Required skills and experience:

• Prior experience in personal lines insurance customer service required, prior commercial experience a plus!
