Job summary

The Misch Group is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager in Ohio to provide comprehensive support for our Personal Lines Department, focusing on Property & Casualty insurance and high client retention. You will interact with principals, producers, and team members to ensure smooth service delivery.

Responsibilities include issuing policies, preparing renewals, and maintaining strong client relationships while handling binders for new clients.

Qualifications

• P&C license is required.
• Experience working for an independent insurance agency.
• Experience servicing/quoting/marketing personal lines with multiple carriers and wholesalers.
• Minimum of 2 years as a Personal Lines Account Manager.
• Experience with Commercial Lines is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with Agency Principal, Producers, and Team Members.
• Order policies and issue documentation, certificates, and binders as needed.
• Prepare account renewal submissions for marketing and proposals to obtain competitive coverage/cost ratios for clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Bind coverage for new clients.

The Personal Lines Account Manager provides complete support for our Personal Lines Department with expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance and does their part to ensure high client retention for the whole agency. This position requires exposure to all aspects of this department with diverse day-to-day responsibilities.

Role Expectations and Description:

The Account Manager is a key component of our team. A clients’ experience from a service perspective can make or break the sustainability of our business. As an AM, you can directly affect and control our clients’ experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Agency Principal, Producers, and Team Members
