Job description

REMOTE HNW Personal Lines Account Executive

We are seeking a REMOTE HNW Personal Lines Account Executive to manage and service a portfolio of high-net-worth clients. This role involves delivering personalized insurance solutions, maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams and carriers to ensure client satisfaction and effective risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Serve as the primary contact for HNW clients, handling service requests, renewals, and policy adjustments.
  2. Design and present customized insurance programs for high-value assets such as homes, autos, yachts, aircraft, and umbrella policies.
  3. Conduct risk assessments, coordinate property inspections, and collaborate with risk advisors and carriers.
  4. Stay informed about market trends, products, and underwriting guidelines relevant to the HNW segment.
  5. Negotiate coverage and pricing with carriers to secure optimal solutions.
  6. Process endorsements, cancellations, new business, and renewals accurately using agency management systems.
  7. Maintain detailed client records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  8. Build and nurture strong client relationships through proactive communication and high-touch service.
  9. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling within the existing client base.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in personal lines insurance, particularly with HNW or Private Client Services.
  • Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License.
  • Experience with HNW carriers such as Chubb, PURE, AIG Private Client, Nationwide Private Client, Cincinnati, etc.
  • Familiarity with agency management systems like EPIC (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and a client-first attitude.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential client information.
