Job Title HNW Personal Lines Account Executive
Location San Diego, Oregon, WA, AZ, NV, UT, or CO.
The High-Net-Worth (HNW) Personal Lines Account Executive is responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of affluent and ultra-high-net-worth clients. This role focuses on delivering white-glove service, crafting tailored insurance solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Account Executive collaborates with internal teams and carrier partners to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned HNW clients, managing day-to-day service requests, renewals, and policy changes.
Design and present customized personal insurance programs, including coverage for high-value homes, collections, autos, yachts, aircraft, umbrella/excess liability, and more.
Conduct risk assessments and collaborate with risk advisors or carrier partners for property inspections and appraisals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, products, and underwriting guidelines specific to the HNW space.
Negotiate coverage and pricing with carriers and underwriters to secure competitive and comprehensive solutions.
Process endorsements, cancellations, new business, and renewals accurately and efficiently within agency systems.
Maintain detailed and organized records in agency management systems (e.g., EPIC, Applied, AMS360).
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and agency procedures.
Build and retain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication, education, and high-touch service.
Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the existing book of business.
Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a strong background in HNW or Private Client Services.
Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
Familiarity with HNW carriers such as Chubb, PURE, AIG Private Client, Nationwide Private Client, Cincinnati, etc.
Experience With Agency Management Systems (EPIC Preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
High attention to detail, organizational ability, and client-first mindset.
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive client matters.
