Job summary

Momentous Insurance, A Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking an Associate Account Executive for the Personal Lines team in a role focused on delivering superior client service and cross-selling within an existing book of business.

You will serve as the day-to-day liaison between MIB and client accounts, handle coverage questions, endorsements, and renewal control, while supporting strategic account management and adherence to SOPs. A California license and 3–7 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; high school diploma accepted.
• Current California Department of Insurance license.
• 3–7 years of relevant insurance experience.
• Proficient MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with EPIC filing system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service to clients and cross-sell within existing book of business.
• Serve as liaison between insurance company (MIB) and designated accounts.
• Manage renewals, account management, and insure use of SOPs for transactions.
• Assist in designing or proposing insurance plans and coverage options.
• Prepare proposals, bind policies, and handle endorsement activity.
