Huff Insurance in Pasadena, MD is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Department Manager to lead our growing PL team. The role emphasizes coaching, workflow optimization, and retention targets while maintaining high client service standards.

You will oversee renewals, endorsements, and channel improvements, partnering with leadership on strategy and staffing to support growth and exceptional client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Active P&C license (MD or ability to obtain).
• Strong knowledge of PL coverage, underwriting, and carriers.
• Experience with agency management systems (Applied Epic preferred).
• Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
