Arrow Financial Corporation is seeking a highly experienced Personal Insurance Account Manager to join our Upstate Agency – P&C team in Schroon Lake, NY. This role involves managing customer accounts, providing tailored insurance solutions, and training staff.

• Thorough knowledge of personal insurance is a must.
• Must communicate effectively with diverse groups.
• Experience with customer relationship management is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with new business quotes and process changes.
• Solicit referrals from existing customers.
• Maintain and document customer accounts in the system.
• Consult customers on coverage and risk exposures.
• Train and support co-workers and customers.
• Participate in community activities as required.

Knowledge of personal insurance

Knowledge of insurance underwriting and rating procedures

Educación

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field

Valid insurance licenses as required by New York State

4 years experience in the insurance industry
