Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field preferred.
• Valid insurance licenses as required by New York State Department of Insurance.
• 4 years of qualified insurance industry training/experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete customer requests for new business quotes and process changes.
• Solicit referrals to enhance coverage of existing customers.
• Maintain customer accounts and document transactions.
• Consult with customers on coverage and risk exposures.
• Work with Client Advocate Professionals for quality customer experience.
• Provide training and support to co-workers and customers.
• Participate actively in community as required.
