Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager with a base salary of $50,000-$65,000, plus commissions. Established agency seeking to add a personal lines account manager to their team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Review and recommend coverages for clients, focusing on satisfaction, retention, and account rounding.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and carriers.
• Cross-sell and assist walk-in and phone sales questions.
• Handle all types of personal insurance.
• Order and process renewals and change requests.
• Advise on coverage and assist clients with insurance claims.
• Help retain accounts by following up on cancellations and broker of record letters.
• Cross-sell and round out accounts.

Requirements:

• Active P&C license.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced insurance environment.
