Job Summary:
The Account Manager is responsible for working with Advisors/Client Executives and Account Executives to service client accounts. The position requires supporting them in day-to-day account management for a specific set of clients and entails a great deal of verbal, electronic and other written communications. You will have responsibility for managing the renewal and marketing process from start to finish, in conjunction with the Account Executives and Advisors. You will prepare materials for presentations and communications and assist team members with day-to-day client servicing. At this level, you will take an active role in client meetings. While in this role, you will be developing and maintaining relationships with clients and carrier contacts and working proactively to effectively and efficiently deliver services to clients. You should be prepared to manage your own book of business.
This is a full-time position M-F, 8:30-5:00pm in our Wilmington, NC office. An in-office presence is essential for collaboration, learning the business, and our exceptional model of client servicing. If the candidate is within the regular commuting distance of an NFP office, they will be required to be in the office M-F. We will consider a remote option ONLY for well-experienced and P&C-licensed hires who are outside of a regular commuting distance but in the EST-mid Atlantic region and could report to the office when essential.

The base salary range for this position is $40,000.00 – $55,000.00. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
