Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Attorney role based in Moorestown, NJ. The Attorney will manage a caseload that will include personal injury and workers compensation clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing documents, preparing pleadings and correspondence, and representing clients in depositions, hearings, or other proceedings as appropriate. The role involves collaborating with colleagues on complex matters, maintaining accurate case files, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and professional standards.
