Qualifications

• Experience in managing litigation across pleadings, discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations and trials.
• Strong legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
• Ability to negotiate settlements aligned with client goals.
• Excellent communication with clients, counsel, and experts.
• Collaborative work with attorneys and paralegals to prepare filings.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of litigation from pleadings through trial.
• Conduct extensive legal research to support case preparation.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals on filings.
• Develop strategies for efficient case management and favorable resolutions.
• Negotiate settlements in line with clients’ needs and goals.
• Stay updated on changes in legislation affecting cases.
• Advise clients and present case law findings and recommendations.
• Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel and experts.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal standards and regulations.
