Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in HI
• Minimum 2 years of plaintiff litigation experience (personal injury, wrongful death, fire litigation)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials
• Negotiate with opposing counsel to settle cases
• Provide counsel to clients regarding their legal rights and options
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files
