Qualifications

• Strong personal injury litigation experience.
• At least 5 first-chair jury trials to verdict.
• Extensive discovery and deposition experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex plaintiff-side litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• First-chair jury trials through verdict.
• Conduct all phases of discovery.
• Take and defend fact and expert depositions.
• Develop case themes and trial strategy.
• Draft and argue motions.
