Job summary

Premier Pain Solutions, PLLC is seeking a Case Management Supervisor to lead a 12+ member intake and medical records team in Greenville. You will balance caseloads, monitor quality, and coordinate with attorneys, providers, and funding companies to ensure accurate, timely work.

You will train and mentor staff, conduct evaluations, resolve conflicts, and ensure HIPAA compliance while using case management software to track progress and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years in case management, intake, or medical records.
• Solid understanding of workflows and client base.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and reliability.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and legal documentation standards.
• Able to give feedback and resolve conflicts.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and shifting deadlines.

• Serves as escalation point for complex cases, client complaints, or staff conflicts

• Trains, onboards, and mentors new and existing staff


• Conducts performance evaluations and provides ongoing feedback


• Tracks case status and deadlines using case management software

Requirements

• Current employee with 1-2+ years in case management, intake, or medical records


• Solid understanding of our workflows, case management software, and client base


• Demonstrated leadership qualities, reliability, and sound judgment in current role


• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and legal documentation standards


• Confident communicator who can give feedback and resolve conflict


• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and shifting deadlines


• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
