BCG Attorney Search seeks a Personal Injury Supervising Attorney in Phoenix, AZ. The role leads the Pre-Litigation team to secure settlements in wrongful death, TBI, catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic cases, while managing a significant caseload and supervising Case Managers.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, possess a JD, be admitted to the AZ Bar, and bring at least 2 years of personal injury experience. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Arizona bar admission in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years in personal injury.

Responsibilities

Duties

• Manage a significant caseload and a team of Case Managers.
• Provide informative and compassionate client service.
• Collaborate with departments such as Property Damage, Case Management, Demands/Negotiation, and Liens.
• Communicate daily with clients regarding legal strategy and treatment plans.
• Analyze fact patterns to help clear coverage and establish liability.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.
• Possess a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in Arizona and in good standing with AZ Bar Association.
• Minimum 2 years of prior experience in personal injury.
• Ability to supervise and provide guidance and counsel.
• Experience settling cases in the pre-litigation stage.
• In-depth understanding of personal injury laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
