Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Detroit, Michigan seeks a Personal Injury Pre-Suit Attorney to manage motor vehicle accident cases in the pre-litigation phase. The attorney will work from the Detroit office and must be admitted to the Michigan State Bar.

You will draft and file pre-litigation documents, oversee settlement negotiations, and supervise a team of 6-10 Case Managers while driving compliance and KPIs. Strong writing, oral advocacy, and leadership are essential for long-term success.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Active MI State Bar Association membership in good standing.
• 2+ years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities
