Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in New York City seeks a Personal Injury Pre-Suit Attorney to manage pre-litigation motor vehicle accident cases. The ideal candidate is admitted to the NY Bar and has at least two years of PI experience, with strong client service and leadership skills.

You will oversee a team of 6–10 Case Managers, guide clients through the process, draft and file pre-litigation documents, and drive compliance and KPIs while pursuing favorable settlements.

Duties

• Handle all pre-litigation work daily.
• Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval process.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Draft and file pre-litigation documents.
• Complete TD approval for liability issues.
• Oversee settlement negotiations and demand package formation.
• Manage the release approval process.
• Supervise a team of 6-10 Case Managers.
• Focus on personal injury cases, primarily premises.
• Drive compliance and KPIs among the team.
• Conduct EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements.

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the NY State Bar Association.
• 2 years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases.
