Qualifications

• Ability to handle a high volume of pre-litigation cases.

• Must possess superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all pre-litigation work daily.
• Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval process.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Draft and file pre-litigation documents.
• Complete TD approval for liability issues.
• Oversee settlement negotiations and package formation.
• Manage release approval process.
• Lead a team of 6-10 Case Managers.
• Drive compliance and KPIs among the team.
• Conduct EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements.
