The successful candidate will lead a team of 6–10 Case Managers, drive compliance and KPIs, draft and file pre-litigation documents, and negotiate settlements, delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Active CT State Bar membership in good standing.
• 2+ years' premises or personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
