Qualifications

• 1+ years of litigation experience in personal injury or civil litigation preferred.
• Experience handling depositions, mediations, and motion work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and assist in drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Coordinate with clients, experts, and medical providers to develop case strategies.

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
