Job summary

Jobot, a growing plaintiff-side personal injury firm in Los Angeles, seeks an attorney with 3+ years of experience to assist our senior attorney on litigation cases. For cases valued over $150,000, you will collaborate with the senior attorney to prosecute the matter.

For cases below $150,000, you will move the case toward resolution or trial with supervision, conduct discovery, complete depositions, attend mediation, and take cases to trial when appropriate.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience practicing law in litigation.
• Experience supporting a senior litigation attorney.
• Ability to conduct discovery, depositions, and prepare for trial.

Responsibilities

• Assist the senior attorney on litigation cases.
• Prosecute cases over $150,000 with senior attorney guidance.
• Move smaller cases toward resolution or trial under supervision.
• Conduct discovery, complete depositions, attend mediation, and take cases to trial.

Job Details

Seeking an attorney with 3+ years of experience to assist our senior attorney on litigation cases. For cases valued over $150,000, candidate will work with senior litigation attorney to prosecute the case. On cases below $150,000, candidate will have responsibility to move the case towards resolution or trial with senior attorney supervision.

This is a great position for self-starters who want to conduct discovery, complete depositions, attend mediation and take cases to trial.
