Qualifications

• 3–5 years paralegal experience preferred in personal injury
• Experience managing 70–80 active files with accuracy and organization
• Filevine experience preferred; strong case mgmt software also considered
• Excellent communication, proactive issue flagging, and teamwork
• Adaptable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Paralegal certificate or degree not required; practical experience valued

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume personal injury caseload of 70–80 active files from post-intake to final resolution
• Collaborate in a pod with a Legal Support Specialist and Case Specialist on medical records and overall progress
• Support pre-litigation and litigation matters; coordinate with attorneys
• Review medical records and bills for accuracy; analyze subrogation liens
• Draft settlement demand brochures and assist in negotiations
• Handle medical bill reductions and other tasks requiring judgment
• Prepare complaints, discovery responses, pleadings, and routine motions
• Maintain accurate Filevine records and support timely case progression
• Proactively communicate with clients, attorneys, and team members
• Identify issues early, raise concerns, and meet deadlines
