Bush & Bush Law Group in Irving, Texas is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Paralegal to support our attorneys in managing case files, drafting documents, and coordinating with clients. The role demands strong organizational and communication skills to ensure efficient case handling in personal injury and employment law matters.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Legal Studies or Paralegal Studies, with 5+ years of PI paralegal experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies or Paralegal Studies; paralegal certification preferred.
• 5+ years of paralegal experience in a personal injury firm is strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, and organize legal documents including pleadings and discovery requests.
• Maintain and manage active case files with needed documents for attorneys and clients.
• Assist in the discovery process: gather evidence, summarize documents, organize materials.
• Serve as liaison between clients and attorneys with professionalism and compassion.
• Track deadlines and manage calendars for hearings, depositions, and tasks.
• Assist with trial prep: organize exhibits and materials for court appearances.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries as needed.
