Job summary

Bush & Bush Law Group in Irving, TX is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Paralegal to support our attorneys in handling PI and employment matters. The role focuses on case management, document drafting, and client communication to ensure a thorough and efficient process for clients navigating challenging situations.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's in legal studies or paralegal studies, 5+ years of PI paralegal experience, and proficiency with MS Office and legal case management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related field preferred; paralegal certification a plus.
• 5+ years paralegal experience in personal injury law strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and organize legal documents including pleadings and discovery requests.
• Maintain active case files and ensure documentation is available for attorneys and clients.
• Assist in the discovery process: gather evidence, summarize documents, and organize materials.
• Serve as liaison between clients and attorneys, providing updates and answering inquiries.
• Track deadlines and manage the legal calendar for hearings and depositions.
• Assist in trial preparation by organizing exhibits and materials.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries as needed.
