Job summary

Bush & Bush Law Group invites applications for a Personal Injury Paralegal to support our attorneys in managing case files, drafting pleadings, and coordinating communications with clients. You will organize documents, assist in discovery, track deadlines, and help prepare for trial with diligence and care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field; paralegal certification is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience as a paralegal in a personal injury law firm.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work effectively on multiple assignments at once.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and legal case management software.
• Team-oriented with a commitment to client service.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and organize legal documents including pleadings and discovery requests.
• Manage case files and maintain active documentation for attorneys and clients.
• Assist in discovery, gather and summarize evidence, organize materials.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and attorneys with professionalism and empathy.
• Track deadlines and manage the legal calendar for hearings and depositions.
• Assist in trial preparation by organizing exhibits and materials.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries as needed.
