Job summary

Adams & Martin Group is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal in Georgia to support attorneys handling complex litigation, including wrongful death and catastrophic injury matters. The candidate should manage a substantial caseload from pre-suit through trial with strong organization and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of personal injury paralegal experience.
Experience supporting attorneys in wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases.
Strong understanding of Georgia personal injury litigation procedures.
Experience reviewing and summarizing medical records and damages documentation.

Responsibilities

Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests and responses, correspondence, and settlement demands.
Review medical, billing, employment, and insurance documents.
Coordinate with clients, witnesses, healthcare providers, and expert witnesses.
Maintain case files, evidence, and litigation documents; monitor deadlines.
