Webcomconnect in Dallas, TX seeks a Senior Paralegal to provide administrative and legal support to attorneys across matters. You will maintain case files, prepare legal documents, coordinate communications, manage deadlines, and assist in delivering high-quality legal services.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with 5+ years in litigation paralegal roles and experience in catastrophic injury or wrongful death

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the legal field working as a Litigation Paralegal
• Catastrophic Injury and/or Wrongful Death case experience
• Ability to support Attorneys and Partners

Responsibilities

• Provide support to attorneys and legal staff throughout all phases of legal matters
• Manage and maintain case files, records, and legal documentation
• Communicate with clients, courts, outside counsel, vendors, and other stakeholders as needed
• Draft, prepare, review, and organize correspondence, pleadings, contracts, discovery materials, and other legal documents
• Coordinate meetings, hearings, depositions, appointments, and other legal proceedings
• Monitor and track deadlines, schedules, and compliance requirements
• Conduct legal research and gather information to support case management and attorney needs
• File documents electronically and/or in person with courts and agencies, as required
• Maintain accurate records within the firm's document and case management systems
• Assist with trial, hearing, arbitration, mediation, and project preparation as needed
• Ensure compliance with confidentiality standards, legal regulations, and organizational policies
