This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in insurance defense, eager to support attorneys and manage various paralegal tasks effectively.

Base pay range

$28.00/hr - $36.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Managing case files and maintaining organized records.
• Conducting comprehensive legal research to assist attorneys.
• Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and reports as needed.
• Communicating professionally with clients and other involved parties.
• Assisting with court filings and understanding court procedures.
• Managing the discovery process, including gathering and reviewing documents.
• Preparing for trials and hearings by organizing evidence and exhibits.
• Performing administrative tasks to support the legal team.
