SR Staffing is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal for a boutique law firm in Henrico, Virginia. This onsite opportunity requires 3–5 years of litigation paralegal experience and knowledge of Virginia civil procedures. You will support attorneys with motions, discovery, and document management in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Proven working experience of 3 - 5 years as a litigation paralegal
• Applicable knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, court rules, procedures, practices etc. in Virginia's civil courts
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• The willingness to be a team player as well as a strong individual contributor
• The ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment
