Qualifications

• 2+ years of pre-litigation or litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience in a private law office is required.
• Personal injury experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or final resolution.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, medical providers, insurers, and experts.
• Review and summarize medical records and bills.
• Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and settlement documents.
• Assist with filings and case activity in Virginia state and federal courts.
• Track deadlines and maintain organized files; move matters forward.
