Role Description The Personal Injury Paralegal will support attorneys with all aspects of case management in a full-time, on-site role based in Warrenton, VA. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and maintaining client files, drafting and formatting legal documents and correspondence, and managing deadlines and court calendars. The role involves collecting and summarizing medical records, police reports, and other evidence, as well as conducting factual and legal research to support case strategy. The paralegal will communicate frequently with clients, healthcare providers, insurance representatives, and court personnel, ensuring professional, timely, and accurate information exchange. Additional tasks include preparing discovery responses, assisting with settlement packages, and supporting attorneys with trial preparation and hearing logistics.
