Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive litigation support in personal injury cases, including trial preparation and attending court proceedings.
• Conduct thorough and precise legal research to aid case development and strategy formulation.
• Manage case files efficiently, ensuring all relevant information is readily available and up-to-date.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and responses.
• Maintain effective client relations, ensuring all queries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Utilize electronic filing systems to manage and organize documents and case files.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth case progression.
• Utilize knowledge of legal terminology in all communications and documents.
• Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet strict deadlines.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring accuracy and consistency in legal documents and communications.
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal.
• Demonstrated expertise in litigation support, legal research, case management, and trial preparation.
• Proven experience in drafting legal documents and using electronic filing systems.
• Exceptional client relations skills, with a commitment to providing excellent service.
• Excellent legal writing skills and a strong understanding of legal terminology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
