Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Skilled Trial Lawyer specializing in Personal Injury. The Skilled Trial Lawyer will be responsible for taking cases that will not settle to trial. Day-to-day tasks include providing legal advice, preparing and conducting discovery, presenting cases in trials, and addressing various legal issues that arise in personal injury cases. The candidate will work closely with John Roberts and clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance
• Experience in preparing for and conducting discovery
• Proficiency in presenting and handling trials
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
