Antonyan Miranda, LLP in California is hiring an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to handle case management and move cases from intake through resolution.

The ideal candidate has PI paralegal or case-management experience, understands California PI claims and litigation, and can manage a high-volume caseload with meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency. You will support attorneys, maintain current files, and ensure proactive client communication.

Our PI practice is growing. We need someone who is proactive, organized, accountable, and comfortable taking ownership of a caseload from intake through resolution.

What you’ll do

• Own day-to-day management of assigned PI cases
• Drive cases forward without waiting for instructions
• Track treatment, records, bills, liens, insurance, and deadlines
• Maintain consistent client communication
• Prepare demand packages and settlement documentation
• Coordinate with providers, carriers, lienholders, and opposing counsel
