Responsibilities

• Prepare demand packages and settlement documentation.
• Coordinate with providers, carriers, lienholders, and opposing counsel.
• Identify stalled cases, missing information, and problems early.
• Assist attorneys with discovery, litigation, depositions, and trial prep.
• Keep case files and case-management systems accurate and current.
