Job summary

Antonyan Miranda, LLP, a premier Southern California personal injury firm, seeks a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of PI experience to join the team in San Diego. This role offers hands-on litigation, steady caseload management, and growth within a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

The attorney will own cases from inception to resolution, with opportunities to take depositions, handle motions, participate in mediations, and prepare for trial.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in client, court, and negotiation settings.
• Self-directed approach to case management with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Admission to practice law in California, in good standing.
• Trial preparation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury matters from inception through resolution with clear ownership of case strategy and progress.
• Handle law and motion practice, including drafting, filing, and arguing motions as needed.
• Manage written discovery, including preparing responses, reviewing opposing submissions, and driving follow-up.
• Take and defend depositions with strong preparation and effective advocacy.
• Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations, advancing matters toward timely resolution.
• Prepare cases for trial and try cases when appropriate.
• Maintain momentum across multiple active matters in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
• Partner with colleagues and staff to deliver strong client service and case outcomes.
