The attorney will manage cases from inception through resolution, handling motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation, while balancing client communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury matters from inception through resolution with clear ownership of case strategy and progress.
• Handle law and motion practice, including drafting, filing, and arguing motions as needed.
• Manage written discovery, including preparing responses and driving follow-up.
• Take and defend depositions with preparation and advocacy.
• Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations.
• Prepare cases for trial and try cases when appropriate.
• Maintain momentum across multiple active matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Partner with colleagues and staff to deliver strong client service and outcomes.

We are seeking a motivated Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of personal injury experience to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is looking to gain hands‑on litigation experience, manage a steady caseload, and grow within a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment. This role is well suited for someone who takes initiative, moves matters forward decisively, and balances independent case ownership with effective client and team communication. This position is ideal for an attorney who can take ownership of cases and manage them from inception through resolution.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury matters from inception through resolution with clear ownership of case strategy and progress
• Handle law and motion practice, including drafting, filing, and arguing motions as needed
• Manage written discovery, including preparing responses, reviewing opposing submissions, and driving follow‑up
• Take and defend depositions with strong preparation and effective advocacy
