Rafi Law Group is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our Phoenix team. You will manage pre-litigation matters, coordinate with clients and attorneys, and handle medical records and liens to move cases toward resolution.

The role emphasizes independence, attention to detail, and compassionate client communication within a fast-paced legal environment.

Formación

• Experience in personal injury law and handling pre-litigation matters preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple personal injury claims simultaneously.
• Knowledge of insurance claims procedures, medical records, demand preparation, and settlement processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally and compassionately with clients.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently while supporting a team.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents and other injury claims.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and answering questions throughout the claims process.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, attorneys, and other parties involved in each case.
• Request, obtain, and organize medical records, billing statements, insurance documents, and supporting evidence.
• Monitor clients' medical treatment and follow up with providers to ensure timely documentation.
• Identify insurance coverage, review policy limits, and assist with bodily injury and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims.
• Prepare demand packages, settlement documentation, and related legal correspondence.
• Assist attorneys with settlement negotiations and case evaluations.
• Track deadlines, maintain accurate case notes, and ensure files remain organized and up to date.
• Coordinate lien resolution, medical balances, and settlement disbursement documentation.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff to maintain efficient case progression and deliver excellent client service.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally and compassionately with clients.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while supporting a team.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
