Qualifications

2+ Years of paralegal experience handling personal injury matters
Bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in both languages with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Proficient in MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service by keeping clients informed about the progress of their cases
Obtain, review, and organize damage information
Prepare settlement proposals/demand packages for attorney review and approval
Draft settlement calculations and agreements
Ensure that cases are progressing in a timely manner
Perform various clerical duties, such as: scheduling appointments, providing information to clients, composing routine correspondence, and managing incoming mail
