Noteboom Law Firm is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. You will support attorneys by managing personal injury cases from inception through resolution with a focus on client service and meticulous case progression.

Responsibilities include legal research using Westlaw/LexisNexis, drafting pleadings and discovery, managing case files, interviewing clients and experts, and reviewing medical records to build strong cases in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven paralegal experience in personal injury law.
• Strong knowledge of legal administrative processes including filing procedures, document review, proofreading, transcription, and contract drafting.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Effective interviewing skills combined with professional phone etiquette for client communication.
